This is a list of relevant haptic datasets from various researchers and labs.
Haptic Sensing = Kinesthetic Sensing + Touch Sensing. These datasets capture either kinesthetic information or touch information or both. Note, some of these datasets are multimodal and include other non-contact modalities such as vision. If you know of haptic datasets that are not listed here, please email us and we will add them.
Physical interaction is hard and haptic datasets are scarce compared to datasets with other modalities such as vision. We are trying to consolidate information about various haptic datasets throughout the research community and we will actively maintain this list.
